These terms are intended to ensure a smooth, professional, and respectful recording experience for all clients.
Booking & Payment

Full payment (100%) is required in advance to confirm any booking.

All advance payments are non-refundable.

Bookings are non-reschedulable once confirmed.
-
Prices are fixed and non-negotiable.
-
All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Studio Usage & Access
-
Studio access is limited strictly to the booked time slot.
-
A grace period of 10 minutes is provided for packing up; beyond this, additional charges may apply.
-
One makeup is provided.
-
Free parking is available on the premises, subject to availability.
Equipment & Facilities
-
All podcast equipment, furniture, and studio property must be handled with care.
-
Clients are responsible for any damage caused to equipment, furniture, acoustic panels, or studio space during the session.
-
Compensation for damages must be made immediately.
-
Only Studio Central staff are permitted to handle podcast equipment.
-
External videographers or crew must be pre-approved.
Recording Environment & Conduct
-
Professional behavior is expected from all clients and guests.
-
Food and beverages are permitted only in designated areas.
-
Smoking, alcohol, and prohibited substances are not allowed within the premises.
-
The use of paint, water, powder, liquids, or any hazardous materials inside the studio is strictly prohibited.
-
Cleaning charges may apply in the event of spills or misuse.
Power & Technical Support

Power backup can be arranged at an additional cost, subject to availability.
-
In the event of a power outage, a grace period will be provided and the session will resume once power is restored.

Studio Central is not responsible for interruptions caused by external factors beyond its control.
Recording Rights & Confidentiality

Clients retain full ownership of their recorded content.
-
Clients are responsible for obtaining consent from all participants before recording.
-
Studio Central staff will treat all recorded conversations as confidential.
-
Studio Central reserves the right to capture behind-the-scenes content or short promotional clips for marketing purposes.
File Delivery & Data Responsibility

Raw files are delivered only via client-provided storage devices.
-
Clients must provide a compatible and functional hard disk at the time of file collection.
-
Studio Central is not responsible for data corruption, loss, or incompatibility after files are transferred.
-
Cloud delivery or alternative media is not provided unless agreed in advance and may incur additional charges.
-
Clients are responsible for maintaining their own backups once files are delivered.
Extended Usage
-
Any additional hours beyond the booked slot are subject to availability and must be settled on the same day.
-
Extended usage will be billed as per prevailing rates.
Editing & Post-Production (If Applicable)

If editing services are availed, delivery timelines will be communicated in advance and charges are extra.

Revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
Liability Limitation

Studio Central will take reasonable precautions to safeguard recorded files during the session.
-
In the unlikely event of file loss or corruption due to technical issues before delivery, Studio Central’s liability will be limited to either:

Rescheduling the session (subject to availability), or
-
Refunding the studio rental fee for the affected booking.

Studio Central is not liable for indirect, consequential, or business-related losses.
Acceptance of Terms

Proceeding with a booking indicates acceptance of the above terms and conditions.

Studio Central reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice.
