These terms are intended to ensure a smooth, professional, and respectful recording experience for all clients.
Booking & Payment

A 100% advance payment is required to confirm all studio bookings.

All advance payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Booked dates and time slots cannot be changed or rescheduled once confirmed.
-
Pricing is fixed and non-negotiable.
-
All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Studio Usage & Access

Studio entry and exit are strictly limited to the booked time slot or the scheduled entry time, whichever is earlier.
-
A 10-minute grace period is allowed for packing up. Beyond this, additional hourly charges will apply.
-
Any additional hours required must be paid on the day of the shoot and are subject to availability.
-
The studio accommodates a maximum of six (6) individuals, including the photography crew.
-
Each additional person will incur an extra charge.
-
Free parking is available subject to availability.
Inclusions & Facilities

Studio rental includes access to:

Textured and artistic canvas backdrops
-
Seamless paper backdrops
-
Wooden backdrops and props
-
Lighting equipment, modifiers, and accessories
-
Modern and vintage props and furniture
-
Fully air-conditioned studio and one makeup room
-
Basic studio assistance (if applicable)

Only one makeup room is included. Any additional room will incur extra charges, subject to availability.
Equipment & Property Responsibility

Clients are fully responsible for the care and safety of all studio equipment, backdrops, props, furniture, and facilities during the booking.

Any damage caused to equipment, backdrops, props, or studio property must be compensated immediately.
-
Replacement or repair costs will be charged as applicable.
-
Laptops are not provided for tethering purposes.
Conduct & Studio Etiquette

Professional conduct is expected at all times within the premises.
-
Food and beverages are strictly prohibited inside the studio area.
-
A designated food area may be arranged at an additional cost.
-
Smoking, alcohol, and prohibited substances are not allowed inside the studio.
-
The use of paint, water, flour, liquids, powders, or any hazardous materials inside the studio is strictly prohibited.
-
Cleaning charges will apply in case of spills, stains, or misuse.
Power & Technical Support
-
Power backup can be arranged at an additional cost, subject to availability.
-
In the event of a power outage, a reasonable grace period will be provided, and the shoot will resume once power is restored.
-
No refunds will be issued due to power interruptions beyond Studio Central’s control.
Image & Content Usage Rights
-
Studio Central reserves the right to repost photographs, videos, or behind-the-scenes content created during the shoot for promotional and marketing purposes.
-
Clients retain ownership of their content but must inform Studio Central in advance if usage restrictions apply.
Extended Usage & Overtime

Any time used beyond the booked duration will be charged at the prevailing hourly rate.
-
A refundable security deposit may be required for bookings exceeding a specified duration.
Liability Disclaimer

Studio Central shall not be held responsible for:

Personal injury
-
Loss or damage of personal belongings
-
Equipment brought by clients or crew
-
Studio Central is not liable for indirect, incidental, or business-related losses.
Acceptance of Terms

Proceeding with a booking indicates acceptance of the above terms and conditions.

Studio Central reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice.
